We are hiring a proactive and technically skilled
Service Engineer to manage the installation, maintenance, and after-sales service of lifting equipment across various client sites. This role requires on-site travel and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- > Conduct installation, commissioning, and maintenance of EOT cranes and hoists.
- > Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues and perform corrective actions.
- > Perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance services.
- > Prepare detailed service reports and maintain service logs.
- > Coordinate with design and production teams for technical support.
- > Train customer personnel on equipment usage and safety practices.
Qualifications And Skills
- > Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- > 1–4 years of experience in field servicing (cranes or machinery preferred).
- > Sound knowledge of motors, drives, brakes, and electrical panels.
- > Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
- > Willingness to travel frequently for on-site services.
- > Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
