Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service / Customer Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in lithium battery / EV battery field. The candidate will be responsible for handling field service, customer support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Service & Support
- Handle installation, commissioning, and servicing of battery packs
- Attend customer complaints and resolve issues at site
- Perform troubleshooting of battery, BMS, and charger-related issues
Customer Support
- Provide technical support to customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure timely closure of service tickets
Technical Diagnosis
- Analyze battery faults and root cause
- Coordinate with R&D / production for issue resolution
- Maintain service reports and documentation
Maintenance & Monitoring
- Conduct periodic maintenance and health checks
- Monitor battery performance and safety
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Design)
- Support installation and testing activities
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
- 3+ year's experience in battery / EV / service field
- Knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems and BMS
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel for field service
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EV / ESS / MHE battery systems
- Knowledge of CAN communication / battery diagnostics
- Customer handling and communication skills
- Immediate Joining preferred
- Preferred Language Hindi speaking English and Tamil
