Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and field service for EMI/EMC testing systems and associated equipment. This role involves ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues, conducting on-site servicing, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions for technical challenges
• Experience in Field Service and on-site support activities
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Competence in Technical Support, Maintenance, and Repair of specialized equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally for national projects
• Experience in EMI/EMC testing and related systems is an added advantage
