Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Vadodara, India. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and carrying out repairs on equipment. The role involves providing field service and technical support to clients, training plant personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with machinery and equipment
- Hands-on experience in Field Service and the ability to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills to provide clear guidance and training to clients and team members
- Proficiency in Technical Support activities and delivering solutions to operational challenges
- Knowledge and experience in performing Maintenance & Repair operations adhering to high standards
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred
- Willingness to travel for field service visits when required
