Service Engineer- Charger division , Hyderabad

Travelling is mandatory.

Experience: 4-5 years experience in battery chargers/UPS/inverters / DC Power Services

Job Role:

1. Troubleshooting and repair Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with equipment, both on site and remotely.
2. Maintenance and upgrades Performing routine maintenance, upgrades and installations to ensure optimal performance longevity of equipment.
3. Customer Interaction Providing technical support to clients, answering their queries, and offering guidance on product usage.
4. Documentation and Reporting - Maintaining records of maintenance activities, repairs and customer interactions.
5. Preventative Maintenance - Developing and implementing preventative maintenance measures to minimise downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
6. Enquiry generation for AMC, Repairing , servicing and product modification.
7. Safety Compliance Ensuring all works adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
8. Inventory Management Monitoring inventory levels, ordering parts, and ensuring supplies are readily available.
9. Communication and collaboration- Working with Clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure services are delivered effectively.
10. Training & Monitoring Providing training and mentoring to other technicians or engineers.
11. Continuous Improvement Contributing to the improvement of processes and procedures.
