Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Nagpur. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing field service operations, and conducting maintenance and repair activities. The role involves working closely with customers to ensure optimal performance of equipment and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of technical systems
- Experience in providing Field Service and performing on-site customer support
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Expertise in Technical Support for industrial and automotive battery systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relevant experience in the energy or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field
