Key Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Support
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and technical support for audiological and medical equipment.
- Maintain service call reports, calibration records, and service logs.
Sales & Pre/Post-Sales Support
- Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge.
- Support dealers, audiologists, technicians, and end-users with product training.
AMC / CMC & Documentation
- Support execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC).
- Prepare and submit MIS reports related to service status, repairs, spare usage, and contract tracking.
Training & Customer Enablement
- Conduct basic product and technical training for internal teams and external customers.
- Ensure customers and partners are trained on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Inventory & Coordination
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and service logistics.
- Travel extensively within the North region as required.
