Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for field service tasks including maintenance and repair of fitness equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to customers. The role also involves regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in engineering is a plus
- Previous experience in the fitness equipment or related industry is beneficial
