Service Engineer

Company Description AAROHI ENTERPRISE manufactures precision glassware and process systems for chemical, pharmaceutical, and R&D applications. Founded in 2024, the company provides rotary evaporators, jacketed glass reactors, distillation units, Reaction Units, Lab Reactors, filters, heat exchangers, and other lab glassware. Role Description The Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves installation, commissioning, and maintenance of precision glassware and process systems, including rotary evaporators, reactors, distillation units, filters, and heat exchangers. The Service Engineer will diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, calibrating and testing equipment, preparing service reports, and coordinating with the engineering and sales teams to address technical queries. The role also requires providing user training, supporting after-sales service, and maintaining documentation in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mechanical and chemical process equipment, including rotary evaporators, reactors, distillation units, filters, and heat exchangers.
• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of laboratory or industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation, piping, and safety standards relevant to chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and process diagrams.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel in South India region for on-site service visits and work in laboratory and plant environments.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in service engineering for process or laboratory equipment is an advantage.
