Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer for 3d printing division and find the JD below:

JD:

Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues in 3D printing systems.
Hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and customer support for industrial equipment.
Technical Support capabilities, with the ability to guide users, interpret error logs, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Maintenance & Repair skills for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on 3D printers and related peripherals.
Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with customers and internal teams, including service reporting and documentation.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).
Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies, CAD/CAM concepts, and industrial safety practices is highly beneficial.
Ability to travel for on-site service, manage time efficiently, and work independently in fast-paced customer environments.
