Role Summary

Looking for a ServiceNow Developer with experience in IRM/GRC modules to build and support risk and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM (GRC) modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk)
• Customize workflows, business rules, and UI components
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Create reports and dashboards for risk tracking
• Work with business teams to understand requirements
• Support enhancements and production issues

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Hands-on experience in IRM / GRC modules
• Strong in:
  • JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts)
  • Workflows / Flow Designer
• Basic knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding of risk/compliance concepts

Good to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD)
• Exposure to ITSM modules
• Experience with IntegrationHub

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science / IT or related)
