Job Description – ServiceNow IRM Developer

✅ Role Summary
Looking for a ServiceNow Developer with experience in
IRM/GRC modules to build and support risk and compliance solutions.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow IRM (GRC) modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk)
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI components
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Create reports and dashboards for risk tracking
- Work with business teams to understand requirements
- Support enhancements and production issues
✅ Required Skills- 2–5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on experience in IRM / GRC modules
- Strong in:
- JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- Workflows / Flow Designer
- Basic knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of risk/compliance concepts
✅ Good to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD)
- Exposure to ITSM modules
- Experience with IntegrationHub
✅ Education
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science / IT or related)
