Job Description

Position: Service Desk Technician

Location: Vikhroli

Work Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM

Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience: 24 years in IT Support, NOC, or Service Desk roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for desktop and laptop-related issues.
  • Monitor network and system performance using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools, escalating issues as needed.
  • Deliver remote technical support to internal users and resolve incidents effectively.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with users and technical teams.
  • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, switches, and firewalls.

Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and servers
  • Familiarity with switches and firewalls
  • Proficient in using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills
