Position: Service Desk Technician
Location: Vikhroli
Work Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM
Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: 24 years in IT Support, NOC, or Service Desk roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for desktop and laptop-related issues.
- Monitor network and system performance using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools, escalating issues as needed.
- Deliver remote technical support to internal users and resolve incidents effectively.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with users and technical teams.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, switches, and firewalls.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and servers
- Familiarity with switches and firewalls
- Proficient in using Zabbix or similar monitoring tools
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills
