Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Service Desk Support. This is a work-from-home opportunity in India, where you will provide technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for various devices and applications.
  • Document and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist users in setting up and configuring their devices and software.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with ticketing systems or IT service management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
