We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees with IT-related setups and orientations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
