Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Specialist located in Rajkot. The Service Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, addressing user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. The role involves telecalling

for lead generation, managing a help desk to ensure efficient and timely service delivery and collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience in Service Desk and Help Desk Support operations
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer service orientation with commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar certifications are advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
