We are hiring for Russian Service Desk Analyst on Payroll of Savantis Solution and deployed on HCL - Banguluru ( Jigani ) Location
We are looking for a Service Desk Executive who is fluent in Russian language and has 0-1 years of experience in the job market. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Russian.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients and customers in Russia and other Russian-speaking countries
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions to customers
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in a CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian language is a must-have skill
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Russian
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software programs
- Basic knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not mandatory
