Job Description

Interview mode : Weekend Walkin drive (Face to Face )

Date : 06-May-26 ( Saturday )

Role : Service Desk QA

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Location : Bangalore

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

  • Good experience using Performance Test tool LoadRunner and understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace/New Relic, etc.
  • · Good hands-on experience in Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, Webservice protocol.
  • · Should have ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.
  • · Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.
  • · Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes.
  • · Good understanding of different OS internals, file systems, disk/storage, networking protocols and other latest technologies like Cloud infra.· Monitor/extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in the test environments with higher load to uncover performance issues.
  • · Must have experience in monitoring DB and highlight performance issues.
  • · Good to have experience working on Finance – Banking domain projects.
  • Technical Skills· LoadRunner -HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol, .
  • Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics/ Dynatrace/ CloudWatch/ Splunk/ Kibana/ Grafana/ Datadog
  • · Database – SQL or Mongo
  • · Unix basics
  • · Good understanding of cloud concepts – AWS/Azure
