Service Desk Engineer

Hiresquad Resources is urgently seeking dynamic and articulate Service Desk Engineers to join our client's team. Role & Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Log, track, and manage all support tickets through to resolution, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Assist users with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and service requests.
• Contribute to a positive user experience through excellent service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Education: B.Tech / BCA / BE / B.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Language Skills:Mandatory excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Availability: Ability to work 6 days a week, with rotational shifts within the 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM window (9.5-hour shift).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-service mindset.
