About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our team and deliver exceptional technical support in an international voice environment. If you have strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer experience, this is your chance to grow with us!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle escalated technical issues from L1 support

Ensure timely ticket resolution within SLA

Maintain compliance with quality standards and company policies

Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain CSAT

Update worklogs and follow escalation processes

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills with international voice support experience

Strong troubleshooting for:

  • Mobility applications
  • Desktop/system issues
  • Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365

Good to Have:

Telecom experience (added advantage)
