About Position:
We're seeking a seasoned EUC/Service Desk Engineer to manage and enhance our end-user computing environment and frontline IT support operations. You will own endpoint lifecycle, drive service excellence across Incident/Request/Problem/Change processes, and improve experience through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring. This role partners closely with Infra/Network/Security teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and modern workplace.

What You'll Do:
- Service Desk & ITSM
- Serve as an L2/L3 escalation point; resolve complex incidents and fulfill requests within SLA/OLA.
- Maintain ITSM workflows and CMDB accuracy; contribute to Knowledge Base and SOPs.
- Drive Problem Management (root-cause analysis, known error database), and support Change Management.
- Monitor service metrics (FCR, MTTR, backlog, CSAT) and produce weekly/monthly reports.
- Automation & Scripting
- EUC & Endpoint Management
- Own endpoint lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment, patching, compliance, retirement.
- Administer Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) and/or SCCM/MECM for Windows/macOS; manage Autopilot, BitLocker, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Support Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Manage VDI environments (Citrix / VMware Horizon): golden images, app layering, policy, capacity.
- Implement MDM for iOS/Android; BYOD governance and policy enforcement.
- Ensure endpoint security (Defender, CrowdStrike, EDR), antivirus, encryption, DLP adherence.

Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in EUC/Service Desk with L2/L3 responsibilities in mid/large environments.
- Deep expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS basics, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong hands-on with Intune and/or SCCM/MECM (collections, deployments, compliance, patching).
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, BitLocker, Autopilot.
- Solid ITSM knowledge: Incident/Problem/Change; tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting; log analysis and diagnostics.
- Endpoint security exposure (EDR/AV, disk encryption, vulnerability remediation).
- Excellent communication, customer service mindset, and stakeholder management.
