About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced, hands-on Service Desk Engineer to join an operational IT support team delivering fast, SLA-driven incident resolution and desktop lifecycle services. This is an on-site, client-facing role in Noida requiring strong troubleshooting instincts, disciplined ticket management, and a focus on uptime and user experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first- and second-line support for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and collaboration toolsdiagnose and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
- Manage and progress tickets in ServiceNow: log, categorize, prioritize, update customers, and close with accurate resolution details.
- Perform Active Directory user and group management: account provisioning, password resets, profile fixes, and access requests.
- Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and troubleshoot mail-flow, sync, and client issues.
- Execute hardware repairs, OS troubleshooting, and software deployments; coordinate escalations to L2/L3 and follow through to resolution.
- Maintain documentation, create runbooks for recurring issues, and participate in shift handovers and periodic audits to improve service quality.
