Hiring Alert: Service Desk Associate
Location: Bagmane Tech Park, Bangalore
Role: Service Desk Associate
Qualification: 12th Pass & Above (BE/ B.Tech not eligible)
Experience: Freshers Only
CTC: 3.5 LPA (Up to 22,500 Take-Home)
Shift: Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Cab Facility: Two-Way Transportation Provided
Age Limit: Up to 25 Years
Key Requirements
Excellent English Communication Skills
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Basic understanding of customer service and troubleshooting preferred
Job Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end users.
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Log and track incidents using ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and application issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant support teams.
Ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
