Position Overview:

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support services to the organization. This position will be focused on diagnosing/resolving IT related problems and creating/assigning tickets to appropriate groups as needed. They will need to proactively escalate any issues that require additional attention. In addition to a bachelor's degree/IT certification we are looking for strong self-starters able to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, ability to take ownership and achieve outcome-based goals with minimal supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Field incoming support requests from the Service Desk call center and IT support portal.
  • Provide end user support by diagnosing and resolving problems thru both questioning techniques and the use or remote diagnostics.
  • Document all information related to calls in the IT Ticketing system.
  • Prioritize and escalate incidents to 2nd level support as needed.
  • Understand basics of client-based systems.

Required Skills

  • Clear speaking language with US and Global associates.
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to be online and taking new calls throughout shift with reliable connectivity.
  • Ability to learn the role and maintain the information to provide excellent service to associates.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
