Job Description

Role

You will work as a full-time commercial employee in the IT Service Administration department in our office in Bangalore - for one of the best IT service providers in the world. You will work in international project management supporting our service delivery managers.

Your tasks include:

  • Ticket handling for requests dealing with server hardware
  • Coordination of our field service engineers across US
  • Handling the orders of hardware spare parts
  • Being the first point of contact for our engineers

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills in oral and written
  • Ideally first experience in dispatching
  • Willingness to work in shifts also covering night times and weekends
  • Willingness to multi-task and move across different requirements , accept changes and be flexible
