Requirement

Education: BE/B.Tech and PMP Certificate

Job Description

• Responsible for end to end Technical Solutions Delivery Project Management
• Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract
• Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD)
• Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle
• Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and external
• Review monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stake holders
• Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure efficient service deliverables and RMA processing
• Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects
