Overview
Service Delivery Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of cybersecurity services while prioritizing customer satisfaction. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a proactive approach to managing and enhancing cybersecurity services to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity service delivery. Understand customer needs, expectations, and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring they align with customer requirements and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate responses to customer inquiries, incidents, and service requests. Collaborate with Security Operation Center (SOC) teams to address and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance cybersecurity services based on customer feedback and industry best practices. Implement improvements to ensure the continual evolution of services to meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery and customer satisfaction. Regularly monitor and report on these metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding service updates, changes, and security awareness initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs to educate customers on cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL) are preferred.
- 6+ years in cybersecurity service delivery roles, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies (EDR, SIEM), and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
