Service Delivery Line Manager

Cradlepoint is seeking a talented Service Delivery Line Manager with deep expertise in Windows and VMware. In this role, you will lead technical teams in designing, implementing, and managing our Windows and VMware infrastructure solutions. You'll provide hands-on leadership, oversee daily operations, ensure technical excellence, and cultivate a collaborative environment. Your collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be key to delivering innovative and reliable solutions for our clients.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Bring 12+ years of relevant Windows and VMware administration experience gained in a medium to large, complex, highly process-oriented global IT infrastructure environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical lead or technical manager role.
• Leverage proven leadership experience managing technical teams, ideally within the context of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and other VMware technologies.
• Apply expertise in virtualization technologies and managing virtualized environments using VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vSAN.
• Utilize strong expertise in Windows Server management (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, etc.).
• Apply knowledge of ITIL Processes like Incident, Change, Problem, and Capacity management.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in the VMware vSphere suite (ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, HA, DRS).
• Showcase expertise in Windows Server administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Be proficient in PowerShell or other automation tools for managing Windows and VMware environments.
• Exhibit familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Apply experience with backup and disaster recovery planning for virtualized environments.
• Utilize knowledge of storage solutions (SAN, NAS, vSAN) in VMware environments.
