We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Lead with 10-15 years of overall experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will be responsible for managing application support operations and ensuring the high availability, stability, and performance of full-stack applications built with ReactJS, NodeJS, NPM, and Webpack.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the application support team and manage day-to-day operations.
- Provide L2/L3 support for full-stack applications (React JS front-end, Node JS back-end).
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.
- Ensure SLA compliance and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
- Automate monitoring, alerting, and routine support tasks using Node.js scripts.
- Document support procedures, create knowledge base articles, and establish best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
