Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Lead with 10–15 years of overall experience in ETL processes and Snowflake Data Warehouse, including at least 5+ years in a lead role. The candidate will oversee production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data operations while guiding and mentoring the support team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ETL support team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Informatica ETL workflows and Snowflake queries.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Automate monitoring and alerting for ETL jobs and Snowflake performance.
  • Document support procedures, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills and Expertise

  • Primary Skill: Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud (mandatory).
  • Advanced knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse, including query optimization, performance tuning, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch) for proactive alerting.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to implement permanent fixes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in managing support teams.
