Service Delivery Engineer (Desktop Support)

Location: Mumbai (Field Engineer)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Education: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.

• Perform installation and configuration of desktop, laptop, and printer hardware.

• Install and configure office automation tools.

• Support basic M365 application, antivirus and endpoint security management.

• Communicate effectively with end-users and internal teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficient in troubleshooting and installation of IT hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners)

• Understanding of Microsoft 365, antivirus tools and endpoint security

• Basic knowledge about Servers, Switches, and Routers

• Good communication skills and professional conduct

• Open to traveling to client locations
