Service Delivery Automation Associate

Position Description: As a Associate, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining intelligent automation solutions that integrate RPA with Agentic AI

and LLM frameworks. You will work closely with the Implementation Lead to perform feasibility assessments and create documentation that ensures high-quality solution

delivery. Your goal is to apply your foundational knowledge in Python, RAG architectures, and automation tools to solve real-world business problems efficiently.

Essential Qualifications: BSc Computer Science B.Tech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science BE Computer Science and Engineering Artificial Intelligence

Technical Qualifications: Foundational knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain or LlamaIndex) and RAG architectures, with a basic understanding of how to use vector

databases, Python,any RPA tools, AWS Bedrock, Azure functions

Experience: Should have worked independently on multiple projects

Organization Structure: Implementation Lead

Work Schedule: Shift assignment is dependent on the project assigned. Ability to work in flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development per the approved Solution Design Documents
• Responsible for maintenance of coding standards
• Responsible for usage of optimal coding practices
• Feedback to the IL on any shortcomings in the design
• Integration testing
• Adherence to the estimates and compliance to the detailed development plan
• Create the handover document per the specified template
• Identify reusable modules
• Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and
• solutions that are in-line with industry best practices to set, maintain and ensure adherence to Automation Good Practice
• Participate in trainings to enhance skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices
