Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Radiologist Support
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to provide exceptional, personalized support to our team of board-certified radiologists. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery, prompt issue resolution, and a tailored experience that enhances radiologist satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted liaison for board-certified radiologists, managing all aspects of their service experience.
- Deliver white-glove services, anticipating and fulfilling radiologists needs proactively.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of service delivery processes ensuring timely and high-quality support.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Schedule, Operations, and Clinical teams to resolve service issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Monitor service metrics, analyse feedback, and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality.
- Provide training and onboarding assistance for new radiologists related to service tools and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies in all aspects of service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships to build trust and rapport with radiologists, understanding their individual preferences and professional requirements to help enhance smoother workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in a healthcare or radiology-related environment.
- Exceptional client service orientation with experience delivering highly personalized or white-glove services.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse clinical professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 9+ Years in Service Delivery, Team Management, Radiologist Onboarding etc.
