Position Summary
The Diploma Trainee will be trained across various functions for 6 months and post completion of training, they will be absorbed in Export Service. The Service Engineer – Export Service supports the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of machines at international customer sites. This role is designed for new recruits to develop strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer-handling skills through structured on-the-job training while ensuring timely service support, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction under the guidance of senior service engineers.
Work You'll Do
- Identify and list spare part numbers from machine BOMs for preparation and submission of spare parts proforma invoices to customers.
- Coordinate with the Spares and EXIM teams for spare parts order execution and dispatch processes.
- Provide timely updates to customers on spare parts order status, availability, and assist with payment follow-ups.
- Support installation, commissioning, and servicing activities for machines across the assigned export region.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and implementing effective corrective solutions under senior engineer guidance.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, service procedures, and company quality guidelines at customer sites.
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation related to field activities.

Basic Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of troubleshooting and fault diagnosis concepts.
- Willingness to travel overseas and work at customer sites as per service requirements.
