About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Service Coordinator to manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for CNC machines and industrial equipment. The role requires coordinating with customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service operations and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate machine installation & commissioning
• • Handle customer complaints and service requests
• • Schedule and support service engineers
• • Track breakdowns and ensure timely resolution
• • Coordinate spare parts and service documentation
• • Follow up with customers and maintain service records

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering
• • 2-5 years of experience in machine service, maintenance, or installation
• • Experience with CNC machines, SPMs, or industrial machinery preferred
• • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• • Ability to read mechanical drawings
• • Willingness to travel
