Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service/Support Coordinator to

manage and streamline service operations in the Audio-Visual (AV) domain. The

ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients, service teams, and

internal departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule service requests, maintenance visits, and support

activities.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service and support

queries.

Assign tasks to service engineers and track progress to ensure timely closure.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, reports, and customer interactions.

Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) for seamless

service delivery.

Prepare basic service reports and updates for management review.

Ensure adherence to service timelines and company standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in service coordination, customer support,

or a similar role.

Basic understanding of Audio-Visual systems or willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Basic technical understanding

Good client-handling skills

Exposure to service/support coordination is an added advantage
