Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Service Coordinator (Data Center) for a leading data center

infrastructure solutions company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

coordinating preventive maintenance activities, assigning field service engineers for work orders

and call-outs, managing service repair jobs, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This role

requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple

priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate Preventive Maintenance Visits (PMV) for AMC clients as per tracker timelines.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary permit documents (PTW and related) for maintenance activities.
  • Assign work orders to field service engineers for PMV, site visits, and urgent call-outs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with OEM partners and clients for back-to-back contracts, scheduling, and document submission.
  • Manage Schneider Service Repair Jobs, including work order assignment, report verification, quotation preparation, costing approvals, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure timely invoice submissions and resolve discrepancies with clients.
  • Maintain trackers and work order sheets, ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation.
  • Provide weekly reports and participate in daily sprint meetings to update progress and highlight challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 14 years of experience in service coordination, operations, or technical support roles (experience in data center or infrastructure industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel; reporting and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data center equipment, solutions, and service processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, field teams, and cross-functional departments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Positive mindset, accountability, and ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
