We are carrying out projects in the blasting/coating industry in multiple sites across India with focus on specialized coatings.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Service Coordinator, based in Mangaluru. The current role is for coordination and planning in our Blasting & Coating vertical with some experience in the Paints/Coating/Blasting Field preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling service teams, managing customer inquiries and requests, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining communication with clients and technicians. The Service Coordinator will also oversee the timely completion of projects, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for client interactions and team collaboration
• Customer Service experience to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in using project management and scheduling software is an advantage
• Familiarity with Blasting/Coasting industry and processes.
• Graduate degree the Paints/Coating/Operations Management
