Job Description:
- Supervise daily food & beverage service operations in a premium corporate cafeteria.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
- Support counter management, food presentation, and service delivery.
- Maintain operational discipline and team coordination during shifts.
Desired Profile
- Hotel Management Graduate/Diploma (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, food courts, or corporate cafeterias.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Ability to supervise service staff and manage guest interactions.
- Knowledge of food safety and hospitality service standards.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
