Job Description:

  • Supervise daily food & beverage service operations in a premium corporate cafeteria.
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
  • Support counter management, food presentation, and service delivery.
  • Maintain operational discipline and team coordination during shifts.

Desired Profile

  • Hotel Management Graduate/Diploma (mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSRs, food courts, or corporate cafeterias.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional grooming and positive attitude.
  • Ability to supervise service staff and manage guest interactions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hospitality service standards.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
