Job Description
- Guest Experience Management: Deliver a high-end, personalized dining experience by welcoming guests, explaining the Minimalist concept, and ensuring every touchpointfrom coffee to cocktailsis seamless.
- Product Technicality: Demonstrate mastery of the menu; you must be able to describe complex culinary techniques, coffee bean origins, and bar offerings to guide guests through their selection.
- Fine-Dining Service Standards: Execute flawless table service, including silver service basics, proper wine/beverage pouring etiquette, and maintaining a silent service approach to keep the atmosphere calm.
- Revenue & Upselling: Actively drive outlet revenue by using suggestive selling techniques for appetizers, signature bar drinks, and artisanal desserts without being intrusive.
- Operational Cleanliness: Maintain the aesthetic integrity of Cabami by ensuring all furniture, glassware, and service stations are spotless and aligned with minimalist design standards at all times.
- Coordination & Communication: Act as a bridge between the kitchen and the guest, ensuring dietary requirements are communicated accurately and KOTs are managed without error.
- Closing & Accountability: Assist in daily inventory checks of expensive bar/cafe stock and handle billing procedures with 100% accuracy using the POS system.

The candidate is expected to meet these targets:
- Average Per Cover (APC): Achieve a monthly upselling target (e.g., 10% increase) through beverage and side-dish pairing.
- Service Speed & Accuracy: Ensure that 95% of orders are served within the standard turnaround time (TAT) with zero order errors.
- Guest Feedback: Maintain a personal mention rate of at least 5 positive reviews per month on platforms like Google or TripAdvisor.
- Product Knowledge: Score 90% or above in weekly Surprise Menu Drills covering both the food and the bar menu.
- Hygiene & Grooming: Zero non-compliance reports regarding personal grooming or workstation cleanliness.
