We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Service & Application Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and clinical application of critical care medical devices. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of equipment and providing on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Technical Support:
- Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of medical devices at customer sites
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical care equipment (e.g., ECG, Patient monitors, HFNC, etc.)
- Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Maintaining service records, reports, and documentation
- Coordination with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
- Application Support:
- Provide product training and clinical application support to doctors, nurses, and biomedical staff
- Assist customers in understanding product features and optimal usage
- Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training sessions
- Support sales team during product evaluations and trials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma/ITI in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in servicing and application support of medical devices (preferably critical care equipment)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Basic knowledge of medical device regulations and hospital workflows
