Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor based in Chennai. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and the service team, understanding customer needs, scheduling vehicle services, explaining issues and service options, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining service records, providing timely updates, and collaborating closely with technicians to ensure high service quality and timely delivery of vehicles.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address inquiries
• Technical Aptitude to understand automotive issues and explain them to customers
• Organizational and Time Management skills for scheduling services and managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer-focused role is an advantage
• Proficiency in using basic office software and service management tools
• A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred
