This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Service Advisor at Shreeji Automart Pvt Ltd. The Service Advisor will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional aftersales support. Daily tasks will include coordinating vehicle service processes, maintaining clear communication with customers, and ensuring that customer expectations are met throughout the service experience. The role demands a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Experience in Aftersales and a solid understanding of automotive service processes
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Technical knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
