Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs in a professional, friendly manner

Use engineering knowledge to accurately identify vehicle problems based on customer input and preliminary checks

Translate technical issues into understandable language for customers

Prepare detailed service estimates, explain recommended maintenance or repairs, and obtain customer approvals

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics, efficient repair timelines, and high-quality service delivery
