Service Advisor

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Patna

Shift: Rotational / 8 hours shift

Salary: ₹15,000-18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients in English and Hindi (written & verbal)

Handle customer queries and provide service support professionally

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Visit corporate and individual clients when required

Work efficiently in a target-driven environment

Requirements:

Experience in customer-facing roles

Basic knowledge of medical/healthcare services will be an added advantage

Comfortable working in night shifts when required

Educational Qualification:

BBA / MBA
