Service Admin

Overall responsibility is for various data entry work like Order Entry in Emerson JDE / Oracle system, Issuing intercompany Purchase Order, Processing Vendor payment etc.

Ensure executing services in accordance with Emerson Standard procedures and operations are carried out within a time schedule.

Prepare your own analysis / tracking report for assigned work.

Promptly respond to internal / external customer's queries and complaints, escalating when necessary and ensuring that corrective action is taken.

Ensure Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures / Work Instructions are followed, and standards are maintained.

Provide support to the Service Sales & Operation team, on demand basis.

Keep up-to-date knowledge on Emerson ERP system.
