Server Support L1 Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Center Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the data center, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
• Virtual Machine Monitoring: Monitor, manage, and maintain virtual machines (VMs) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Shift Work: Be available to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, maintenance activities, and system configurations.

Qualification:

• B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
