Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform server break/fix activities, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Monitor server health and assist in basic maintenance tasks.
  • Log incidents and service requests accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and complex issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation of server issues, resolutions, and part replacements.
  • Follow company processes, standards, and SLAs for server support activities.

Qualification:

  • BE / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
