L2 Storage & Server Administrator VDI Infrastructure

Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 5+ Years

We are hiring an L2 Engineer to manage and support our VDI, Storage (PowerMax/ENAS/NAS), Servers, Backup (Networker/Data Domain), and VxRail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & administer servers, blade chassis, VxRail, and hardware components
• Perform firmware updates, security patching, and log analysis
• Manage PowerMax & NAS storage: LUNs, SRP, masking views, file systems, quotas, expansions
• Handle backup operations: Networker configuration, recovery, tape management
• Monitor Data Domain, storage health, alerts & performance issues
• Support DR activities, DC migrations, change management & SOP documentation

Skills Needed:

PowerMax, ENAS/NAS, VxRail, Networker, Data Domain, Server Hardware, Firmware/Patching, Log Analysis, DR Support.
