About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented sales professional with 4–6 years of experience in B2B technology sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of AMD-based servers, networking products, industrial automation products, power solutions, and OTT devices across enterprise, government, telecom, system integrator, and OEM customers in India.

Responsibilities

Server Business Development

  • Drive sales of AMD/INTEL-based Server Solutions (Zen4, Zen5, and future platforms).
  • Identify opportunities in Enterprise, Data Center, AI, HPC, Government, Defence, PSU, BFSI, and Telecom sectors.Build relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, Infrastructure Heads, and Procurement Teams.
  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals and participate in tenders and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to develop customer-specific solutions.

Networking & SOHO Products

  • Promote and sell SOHO Switches, Managed Switches, and Networking Solutions.
  • Develop channel partners and system integrators for networking products.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Power Solutions

  • Drive sales of Power Adapters, SMPS, Industrial Power Supplies, and related products.
  • Develop relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, and electronics manufacturers.

OTT & Digital Media Products

  • Promote OTT Boxes, Android TV Boxes, Set-Top Boxes, and Triple Play Solutions.
  • Develop relationships with cable operators, ISPs, telecom operators, and hospitality customers.
  • Support customer onboarding and production activities.

Sales & Business Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and al agreements.
  • Work closely with SCM, engineering, production, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, CSE, IT) or Business Management.MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B technology sales.Experience in selling Servers, Storage, Networking, Industrial Automation, Telecom, or Electronics Products.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise IT infrastructure and Data Center solutions.
  • Experience working with OEMs, System Integrators, Channel Partners, and Government customers.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of AMD EPYC Server Platforms.Understanding of Storage, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud Technologies.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, Industrial Automation Products, and Power Electronics.Experience with GeM, Government Tenders, and
  • PSU procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to travel extensively across India.
